Sargent Cycle history spans nearly 90 years in the sewn products industry and begins in 1935 when Henry Sargent opened Sargent Seat Cover Company. His vision was to service the local automobile dealerships in northeast Florida and surrounding region by providing ready-made automobile seat covers. Sargent Seat Cover Company became a successful automobile reupholstery business that remains in operation today.
Marion Todd purchased the company in 1950 and transformed it to include virtually all forms of transportation upholstery and focused on custom automotive and marine upholstery services with an emphasis on customer service. Mr.Todd believed that the customer experience was every bit as important as the quality of the product, and that is still a core value to this day. By offering motorcycle owners a seat with advanced features not yet seen in the marketplace, Sargent established its position as an innovator in the industry under a new entity - Sargent Cycle Products .
Today Sargent Cycle Product s continues its tradition of innovation, excellence in customer service, and the manufacturing of quality products. Sargent Cycle Products North America is now a division of Mark One Industries Inc. and is known world-wide for premium motorcycle seating products an d accessories.
Technical Gear Store (brand name of PreVision 2020 s.r.o. company) is importer of Sargent seats since 2006 - 18 years of tradition and experiences with mainly seats for adventure motorcycles. We were working with european importer (U.K.) and since end of 2023, we are new importer for continental Europe and working directly with Sargent Cycle Products USA. We are based at just outside Prague, Czech Republic and offer regular fully featured retail store, workshop for instalations (including electronics) and in cooperation with nearby specialist also upholstery/cover replacements.
Fall orders (joined) cleared by customs and out for delivery now. Another fall order ready for shipment from USA (all orders until end of October). Closed current order (10. 11. 2025) at USA, production and shipment mid-November.
There will be only ONE more shipment until end of year - delivery mid-December, order deadline by end of November.
BMW R1300GSA seats now possible to order separately (front or rear), not only sets. Production should be regular from November.

HOW IT WORKS?
If the seat is on our stock (Prague), we ship right away after payment.
If the seat is not on stock, we have to order it at factory (USA). Sargent does not have any seats on stock, all are produced per order. We order typically once a month (by end of month), production takes about 10 working days (in some case when factory is overloaded can be up to 30 days, packaging, payment, shipping and EU customs procedure is typically another week. So in most cases we ship the ordered seats from previous month by end of next month. In extreme cases can delivery take longer (material for production not on stock etc).
All seats from stock is possible to return under EC regulation in 14 days (customer pays return shipment), all seats made to order IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN IF NOT AGREED IN ADVANCE.
