We import american made seats from Sargent Cycle for many years. All seats are made to order at manufacturing site at Florida USA. No seats are mode on stock. We order some popular seats and seat upgrade kits called REVolution for our stock, but factory does not produce on stock anything. All is produced fresh on customer request. 
In the shop you can see categories for whole seats as well as for upgrade kits (REVolution) for bikes, where does not exist whole seat. Those are typically bike models with less popularity where is not economical to produce molding forms for new base platforms. REVolition upgrade kits need to be assebled by professional saddlery shop who has machinery and skills to to do such job. Some customers can use their own professional grade stampling tools to do the job, but in most cases is result better, when is done by saddlery or upholstery shop. We offer such service with nearby saddlery shop and their work is perfect. Obviously it need to get the OEM seat for dissasembly as OEM base plate is used for the upgrade.
Regular production time is 3-4 weeks, but to utilise shipping and customs expenses, we order at batches typically once in 2 months. From production reasons we don´t order another group order for european customers until previous is delivered. Once the ordering deadline is done, we cannot add anything to the order - it would cause delay of the whole order. So if you order week after we sent group order for production, we have to wait with that order for next slot.
Customs procedure at export side takes from few days to several weeks (during 2026 happened delay caused by customs for almost 2 weeks), shipping by air cargo is typically few days, inbound customs another few days and day after delivery we send the goods to individual customers.
In most cases we fit under 6 weeks from order deadline date.
We keep like 50-70 seats in our stock, typically for actual and popular bike models, what we can deliver without any delay from our stock.
